Fulbright grants for U.S. Citizens

The Fulbright Program, established in 1946, is considered the flagship of international educational exchange program of the U.S. government, and is designed to increase mutual understanding between the people of the United States and the people of other countries, through the exchange of persons, knowledge, and skills.


Educational Advising Center

The Fulbright Educational Advising Center (FEAC) is an intrinsic part of the Romanian-U.S. Fulbright Commission and the global EducationUSA network. FEAC is instrumental in furthering the Commission's mission to enhance mutual understanding between the USA and Romania and to promote enhanced intercultural skills.
